No, my HealthStep hasn't arrived
yet. But once I do get it, you'll be hearing from me. I swear to God, the world is
coming to an end. Hell, I'm an optimist too. In a newsweek that's seen Martha Stewart
busted for smuggling food and spices in her bra in Federal Pound-me-in-the-Ass prison,
now we have a new, completely useless record. Ben Cook, a 17-year old from Utah, has
become the 2004 Text-Messaging King by typing, "The razor-toothed piranhas of the genera
Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In
reality they seldom attack a human." in exactly 57.75 seconds. Good lord, someone give
this kid a scholarship! Seriously now, how does this kind of shit make the front
page of CNN.com? It's ridiculous really, if you think about it. No, you know what,
don't think about it, or you'll probably go insane like I am right now. In an interview
with the King he said, ""I just have fast thumbs, I guess." Cook said. "I'm just always
texting. My parents are always on my case about not taking (the phone) to church." I
guess the situation in Iraq must've been a little boring or something today, or the
entire Board of Trustees at CNN stumbled upon a couple pounds of weed and went to town.
Wouldn't that be something.
In local site news, we've got a ton of new content for you. Today we kicked off the
grandng to one our most exciting and addicting content sections yet, the Games section. We've been collecting hundreds of the best and craziest
flash games from all over the internet, and we'll be adding them every day from here on
out for your pleasure. We kicked the section off with six of them, and we're sure
you'll enjoy them. If you don't, well, we don't care. We also have a brand new movie
review for the popular film, Shrek 2, starring
Mike Myers, John Cleese, Eddie Murphy, and many more. Yes, we know this review is a
little late, but we're college students too you know. And we felt it was perfect timing
seeing that the Shrek 2 DVD just hit store shelves a few days ago. Reviews of Saw and
Brigit Jones' Diary 2 coming this week too, along with a slew of delicious music reviews
from all the latest artists. Life is good.
